Above all things, I value peace, honesty, faith and love.
A short time ago these virtues felt withheld from me by the deepest relationship I knew. For at the center of it all, I learned my values from Jesus, the Christ. Then, in what felt like in one night, all light became dark. All color became ash. And my outlook on life, along with the values I lead that very life from, were no longer black and white. Thus began, The Grey Line: A true wrestling with and working out of my very own faith.
I write in the hope of uniting and unifying those who are working out their own relationship with God and/or the church. Whether you are devout in your faith or firmly against spirituality, you are welcome to stay and explore The Grey Line along with me.
I hope to empower and enable others to see what a relationship with Jesus looks like. To engage with joy and pain, confusion and hope, anger and love as we work out our broken relationships with the Church.
If you are like I was, and I often still am, in a place where you are burdened and heavy
laden, know that you are loved.
Welcome to The Grey Line.
